Does the initial lesson count towards a package of lessons?

No. The initial lesson is separate and not included in lesson packages.

Do I have to buy an initial lesson before buying a package?

Yes. An initial lesson must be completed before a client purchases a package of lessons. This allows River to assess the swimmer’s abilities and personalize the lessons that follow.

What is the minimum age that a child needs to be in order to enroll in Dolphin Tales?

The minimum age is 2 and a half years old or 3 years old.

What do the progress reports at the end of a package include?

Progress reports go over a swimmer’s level status based on the curriculum. They also include a personalized description of the skills that they have mastered as well as the ones that are in progress.

What if I need to cancel a lesson? Can I reschedule or do a make-up?

Absolutely! River can definitely reschedule a lesson; however, they need at least twenty-four hours of notice. No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee and can not be rescheduled.

Do you allow refunds?

No, unfortunately, River does not do refunds.

Do you also teach adults?

Yes! While River mainly caters to children, they have extensive experience teaching adults the basics of swimming and stroke refinement.
